Your Questions, Answered
-
How are your editions structured?
Each print is released as a limited edition of 15 — per artwork, per size. So medium, Large and XL each have their own run of 15. numbered independently.
Every edition is numbered by hand on the certificate of authenticity. Whether a print leaves the studio framed or unframed, it draws from the same sequence — so once a number is gone, it’s gone.
When all 15 are sold out, that size closes permanently and will not be reprinted.
-
What are the prints made with?
Every print is an archival giclée—the industry standard for fine art printing used by museums and galleries worldwide. Printed on 310gsm 100% cotton rag using genuine Epson Ultrachrome Pro inks, rated fade-resistant for over 100 years under normal display conditions.
All unframed prints will have a 10-20mm border and are shipped in a tube.
Will the colours look exactly like they do on screen?
Close, but not identical—screens emit light, prints reflect it. The printed version is often quieter and warmer than a screen, which most people prefer once they see it in person.
-
Who makes the frames and what are they made from?
Frames are hand-assembled in Melbourne by our partners —who have been making frames for over 30 years and work with the National Gallery of Victoria. Each frame is FSC-certified Victorian Ash timber in a Walnut stain, with museum-grade UV acrylic instead of glass. The print is dry-mounted to acid-free archival board and arrives with hanging wire attached. You need only a wall and a nail.
Framed editions are available to Australian addresses only.
